At JingLu Jewelry, we want you to love every piece of jewelry you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you according to the following return and exchange policy.

Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The jewelry must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original condition without scratches, damage, or signs of wear.
  • The item must include the original packaging, jewelry box, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or modified cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and ear studs that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please do not send your item back before receiving confirmation and return instructions from us.

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by personal reasons, including:

  • Changed your mind
  • Did not like the item
  • Ordered the wrong size
  • Personal preference

the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, JingLu Jewelry will cover the related return shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 14 days after receiving your order.

If you would like to exchange an item due to personal reasons, including:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Different style preference
  • Change of mind

the customer is responsible for:

  • The return shipping cost to send the original item back.
  • The shipping cost for sending the replacement item.

The replacement item will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the exchange is required because of a mistake made by JingLu Jewelry, such as receiving a wrong or defective item, we will cover the related shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please provide photos or relevant information so we can review the issue and assist you.

Natural Gemstone and Pearl Characteristics

At JingLu Jewelry, we celebrate the natural beauty and uniqueness of every gemstone and pearl.

Natural gemstones and crystals are formed by nature over time. Because of their natural formation process, they may contain unique characteristics such as natural inclusions, tiny internal lines, cloudiness, small mineral formations, or slight variations in color and texture.

These natural characteristics are not considered defects, but rather a sign of authenticity and the unique beauty of natural gemstones.

Natural pearls are also created by nature, and each pearl is unique.

Slight variations in pearl shape, roundness, surface texture, small natural marks, or tiny surface imperfections may occur.

These characteristics are normal for genuine natural pearls and are not considered defects.

Returns or refunds based solely on these natural characteristics will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry that has been worn or used
  • Jewelry that has been damaged or modified
  • Items without original packaging
  • Customized or personalized jewelry
  • Sale items or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
